Here are some of the factors that will affect the costs of shipping your car. In short, having flexibility in your shipping and pickup date will save you the most amount of money.

Carrier Type

There are 2 types of carriers: open and enclosed. Open is always the cheapest.

Location

Urban areas tend to be more widely covered by carriers and therefore are cheaper.

Distance

The greater the distance, the higher the price.

Market Demand

When the number of vehicles increases in a given direction, so do prices.

Shipping Date

The more flexibility you have with your pickup window, the better price you’ll get.

Vehicle Type

Generally, the larger the vehicle, the higher the price.

How Do I Pay For Services?

VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, electronic transfer, personal checks, money orders, or company checks will be accepted for deposit. As for balance due, the auto shipping and car transport company’s carrier will accept cash, cashiers check, postal money order, or official bank check only. You may make payment in full, with a credit card; at the time the order is placed if necessary. A $20 fee plus a 5% processing fee will be assessed if paying in full by credit card.

How Does The Expedited Service Work?

We can provide guaranteed service by using a truck that will be dedicated to your move. This service can be quite expensive, however, dedicated services is the only way to guarantee a specific pickup schedule. Dedicated service is guaranteed. However, Fox Auto Transport will only be responsible for refunds related to the transportation cost. We will not be responsible for any other damages or losses suffered by the customer.
